Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it enters processing immediately to ensure fast shipping to our customers. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If you wish to cancel after your order has been submitted, it will be treated as a return and is subject to our standard return policy. This means:

• The order must be returned within our 30-day return window
• Return shipping is free — we cover the cost, not you
• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge
